On November 20, 2024, Mercy Care for the Adirondacks hosted their Friendship Volunteers and Elder Friends for a Holiday Craft Event at Raquette River Brewing in Tupper Lake. Guests made holiday centerpieces to bring home and enjoy throughout the holidays. Guests were in full holiday spirit while crafting, socializing and enjoying treats from Spruce and Hemlock in Tupper Lake.
On September 12, 2024 Mercy Care for the Adirondacks Volunteers and Elder Friends, the Lake Placid Garden Club, and members of the community joined together at the SL Hot House located at 50 Bay Blvd for a Build and Learn Terrarium Workshop. All attending created and learned how to care for Terrariums under the guidance of knowledgeable Hot House Staff.
Technology Assistance Workshop: Internet Safety
/in Mercy Care EventsSaranac Lake — On February 5, 2025 the Mercy Care for the Adirondacks hosted a full class for their Technology Assistance Workshop covering Internet Safety at BOCES in Saranac Lake. There was an engaging presentation on Internet Safety and a presentation on Apple product tips and tricks. Everyone expressed their gratitude for the workshop and are looking forward to the next one!
