On September 28, 2022, Mercy Care for the Adirondacks held a Retreat for Parish Nurses and Those Who Care for Elders at Guggenheim Lodge in Saranac Lake, NY. The retreat was facilitated by Jo Ann Paradise and focused on COVID’s Impact on the Hearts, Minds, and Spirits of our Elders. The day was enjoyed by 12 participants including Mercy Care Parish Nurses and Friendship Volunteers as well as representatives from Mission Extension Partners, St. Alexander’s Church in Clinton County.
